This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote, hourly freelance opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong and versatile portfolio. You will create engaging visual content for internal marketing initiatives and a diverse range of client brands. The role spans social media graphics, digital advertising, website assets, brand identity materials, and other creative deliverables. You will turn campaign objectives and brand narratives into polished visuals that communicate clearly and resonate with target audiences. Working closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, designers, and clients, you will shape concepts from initial brief through final execution. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to varied creative projects while staying current with evolving design trends, tools, and digital platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for marketing initiatives and diverse client brands, including social media graphics, digital ads, website assets, and brand identity materials.
• Translate campaign objectives, creative briefs, and brand narratives into compelling, high-quality visual concepts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and clients to understand requirements and develop creative solutions aligned with project goals.
• Develop, apply, and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across typography, color palettes, imagery, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Prepare rough drafts and creative concepts, present ideas to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the design process.
• Deliver polished creative assets across digital and print formats while maintaining strong attention to detail and visual quality.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, creative tools, digital platforms, and visual communication techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables and maintaining consistent quality while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital and print projects.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and collaborative design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, layout and composition, color theory, typography, hierarchy, and audience-focused design.
• Ability to take a creative brief from initial concept through final execution while ensuring the work aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop original visual solutions for varied audiences and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting concepts, receiving feedback, and working with remote marketing and client teams.
• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience working with marketing agencies, brands, or design studios is an advantage.
