Looking for a new laboratory opportunity?
\n A hospital in Alaska is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join its team.

Position Highlights\n

• Full-time | Varied shifts
\n
• Nights, weekends & call required
\n

• Perform high-complexity testing across the laboratory
\n
• Opportunities to support Microbiology, Transfusion Medicine, Molecular Biology & Infectious Disease
\n
• Strong focus on QC, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance & process improvement
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
\n
• ASCP MT/MLS, AMT CLS, or equivalent certification
\n
• At least 1 year of clinical experience or qualifying hospital internship
\n
• Comfortable working independently and making critical testing decisions
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and training skills
\n
