Qualifications 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health Effective verbal and written communication skill Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR Ability to self-motivate and work independently Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Bilingual Spanish a plus Education High School or better.
