Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day Our logistics business currently owns and operates720 milesof crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

JOB INFORMATION Job Title: Sr Manager, Logistics Job Code: 20001414 Effective Date: 12/18/2023 Job Family: Supply Chain & Purchasing FLSA Status: Exempt Job Function: Logistics Job Level: Sr Manager JOB SUMMARY Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels. Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods. Develop staff through training, performance management and career development using evaluation process, review process and other resources available Ensures regulatory compliance across all aspects of the operations. Focuses on operational activities to ensure a consistently safe, trained and motivated workforce Develop and implement annual business plans (financial, safety, environment, quality, personnel, etc.) in alignment with Delek objectives Proactively builds and maintains constructive relationships with the crude supply personnel, local shippers, government agencies and internal departments Analyze revenue by lane, customer, equipment type and driver Track rate per mile (RPM) and revenue per load Identify underperforming lanes or customers Cost analysis by categories: fuel, wage and benefits, repairs, maintenance, insurance, tolls/permits, detention/layover, cost permile by lane, identify cost variances vs budget Profibliity analysis of load level, land and customer margin analysis, driver and dispatcher impact on margins, fixed vs variable cost allocation Build and maintain transportation budgets Forecast monthly/quarterly P&L performance Volume, rate and cost sensitivity analysis Scenario modeling of fuel spikes and volume changes Partnering with dispatch and operational support to reduce deadhead miles, improve asset utilization, reduce detention, support KPI development and tracking While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.
