Mechanical Engineer

- Create detailed 3D CAD models and assembly drawings
- Design robust assemblies and mechanisms for automation systems
- Build and validate prototypes, ensuring product functionality and manufacturability
- Manage and document BOMs, supporting release processes
- Implement engineering changes through ECR/ECO processes
- Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, and Systems Engineering teams
- Support manufacturing processes, including sheet metal, machining, and casting
- Liaise with suppliers to optimize product manufacturability and quality
- Ensure compliance with SEMI standards throughout the product lifecycle [Required Skills and Experience] - Proficiency in Creo or AutoCAD for 3D modeling and detailing
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and prototyping
- Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems such as Agile, Windchill, or Team Center
- Strong understanding of BOM management and engineering documentation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes: sheet metal, machining, casting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Entry-level; open to recent graduates ready to learn and grow [Preferred Skills] - Exposure to the semiconductor equipment industry
- Experience with wafer handling systems, load ports, or EFEM
- Understanding of SEMI standards and automation equipment
- Experience supporting manufacturing and supplier engagement
