Job Description Own end-to-end AI platform architecture on Azure (AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry) Define agentic orchestration framework - MAF, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel Translate VBP business requirements into technical roadmap and sprint-ready stories Lead code review standards, architectural governance, and technical decision records Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance is embedded in platform design from day one Serve as primary technical escalation point for Risant client stakeholders Oversee all 10 team members on technical direction - onshore and offshore This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in Walnut Creek/Pleasanton, CA area office. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end AI platform architecture including Generative AI & Agentic AI Solution Architecture, Cloud‑Native Platform Engineering, Enterprise Integration & Event‑Driven Architecture and DevSecOps, SRE & Production Operations HS Diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
