*What You’ll Do:*

* Manage a high-volume caseload
* Handle all aspects of litigation
* Provide legal research, drafting, and advice
* Mentor and support junior associates

*What We’re Looking For:*

* 5+ years of litigation experience
* Active Oregon Bar license (WA Bar a plus)
* Strong case management skills
* Interest in mentoring others
* Workers’ compensation experience preferred
