Robert Half is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Technology team in Miami, FL! This position is full time and salaried with unlimited earning potential, will handle our technology accounts throughout South Florida, and will be hybrid onsite at our Miami office.

Previous business development, sales, or account management experience is required. Strong self initiative, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our contract technology talent solutions, leveraging your knowledge of IT, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and infrastructure. Market via video and telephone, and conduct in person and virtual meetings with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other key decision makers. Participate in local technology associations, meetups, and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the South Florida tech community.
• Placement activities: Select well matched technology professionals to fulfill client job orders, and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and consultants on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional service. Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing desired.
• 3+ years of B2B business development, technology sales, SaaS or IT services sales, or account management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with technology roles and terminology (developers, engineers, cloud, security, data, help desk) is a strong plus.
• A strong desire to build a career in business development using proven closing skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• A combination of business development and account management skills is required.
• Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
• Proven track record of success;
  competitive and self motivated.
