Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)At Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, the Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care throughout the perioperative process. They are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures as well as preparing the operating room, handling surgical equipment, and collaborating with the surgical team. The OR RN will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and adhere to the highest standards and practice of patient safety, infection control and professional ethics. Must have prior operating room experience or completion of a perioperative 101 course. A bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred.
