Job Summary The Food Service Clerk will perform and coordinate the various administrative requirements of the food service department at Palolo Chinese Home. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service activities. Proficient in English language for effective communication Basic understanding of LTC clinical nutrition Proficiency in using computer software like Excel, Word, and Email Demonstrated high standards of customer service Responsibilities Prepare daily meal tray tickets and production sheets Identify and resolve meal issues promptly Input resident information and food preferences accurately Submit supply orders to vendors weekly Assist with inventory management and rotation Answer department inquiries and assist with meal deliveries Support departmental activities as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Palolo Chinese Home
