We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a coastal community hospital serving a mixed-acuity patient population. This facility provides critical care services including respiratory failure, cardiac events, sepsis management, and post-operative monitoring.

Position Overview

The ICU RN will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based critical care to adult patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions. This role requires strong assessment skills, independent clinical judgment, and the ability to respond rapidly to changing patient conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ventilated patients and advanced airway support

• Titrate vasoactive and critical care drips

• Monitor invasive lines including arterial and central venous lines

• Interpret telemetry and hemodynamic data

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments

• Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams

• Document accurately in EMR

Qualifications

• Active California RN license

• BLS & ACLS required

• 2+ years recent ICU experience

• Experience with ventilators and critical drips required
