The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.* Registered Nurse-Emergency Department-Evening**Position Highlights:*** Position: RN - Emergency Department* Location: Arlington Heights, IL* Full Time, 36 hours/week* Hours: 3pm-3:00am; Every 3rd weekend **What you will do:*** Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.* Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.* Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.* Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.* Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.* Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.**What you will need:*** Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing* Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois* Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association **Benefits:*** Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
