Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Aventura at Shiloh Springs | Trotwood, OH Ready for a COTA opportunity where you can bring your skills, personality, and passion for helping others to work every day? Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! We're looking for an energetic, compassionate COTA who enjoys working with the skilled nursing and long-term care population and wants to be part of a collaborative rehab team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve independence with daily activities, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills
- Collaborate with OTs and the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress
- Utilize Net Health for therapy documentation
- Bring positive energy, creativity, and encouragement to the rehab gym
- Celebrate the wins - both the big ones and the small ones!
- Current Ohio COTA license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
- SNF/LTC experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with Net Health is preferred
