Principal Program Manager - Defense Manufacturing

SAAB

SAAB is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs in our advanced defense manufacturing portfolio. You will own program strategy, planning, and execution across air, land, and naval systems, driving schedule, cost, and quality to meet rigorous customer and regulatory requirements. Partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance, you will manage risk, optimize resources, and report performance to senior leadership and global customers. In Saab’s innovative, mission-driven culture, you will mentor teams and shape processes that enhance safety, security, and long-term capability.
