DescriptionTyler Houk with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations for a family-owned agricultural manufacturing business. This executive will connect long-term business goals with practical execution, strengthen accountability across teams, and create the structure needed for reliable performance.
