CDL A Truck Driver | $31 to $34 Per Hour DOE | Columbus, OH TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations based in Columbus, Ohio. The driver should have their Tanker endorsement and the ability to drive a manual transmission. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Details Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 8AM start time; 8-10 hours per day Pay: $31 to $34 per hour, depending on experience Route Type: local Freight / Load Type: Used grease Equipment: manual transmission - tanker Handling: emptying grease traps Minimum Requirements License: CDL A Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Endorsements: Tanker Equipment Experience: Tanker and manual transmission Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Responsibilities Safely operate tankers on local routes Transport used grease in accordance with DOT and company safety standards Perform required handling tasks including emptying grease traps Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift 75 pounds if needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Referral program Why Work With TransForce?
