Manager - Program Management

Catalent seeks a Manager of Program Management to lead multiple complex biologics programs at its Madison facility. The role combines program delivery oversight with team leadership, financial management, and client relationship development in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple complex programs on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Provide mentorship and performance oversight for Program Managers and coordinating team members
• Drive financial performance, resource planning, and issue resolution balancing immediate and long-term objectives
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
• Champion program management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in science or engineering; advanced degree preferred
• Eight years of project management experience in pharmaceutical industry with program management and client interaction focus
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and documentation procedures
• Working knowledge of biologics cell culture, purification, and/or analytics preferred
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent coursework preferred
• Experience managing direct reports preferred
• Leadership experience demonstrated through Catalent-sponsored programs or external background
