Quality Manager

Talent Tool & Die, Inc. is a privately owned corporation that specializes in building various types of single and progressive die productions, assembly, fabrication, laser cutting, plastics, and wire EDM. Job Description The Quality Manager is responsible for development and implementation of quality systems and processes. This position ensures the quality team appropriately supports the operation and meets customer needs by implementing repeatable and measurable standards for all stakeholders. Essential Functions Manage the Quality Management System to comply with ISO 9001 Quality Standards Coordinate calibration and recording of test devices Maintain and update all controlled QMS documentation, including the Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Records, etc. Initiate and lead root cause analysis for quality issues, and implement appropriate and sustainable corrective action Improve product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits; investigating customer complaints; reviewing and analyzing returned product; collaborating with other managers to develop manufacturing and training methods based on quality data Work with purchasing to establish quality requirements with suppliers Manage RMA process and material Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or a combination of education and experience will be considered At least five years of relevant experience Additional Information All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Tool and Die, Inc.
