About the Position

Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Meditech experience High caliber patient experience skills Description: This role involves working in the Main Emergency Department and PBED. Candidates must have Meditech experience. The ideal candidate will possess HCA/Meditech experience with a quick start date. Minimizing PTO requests is essential for this position. Time off will be limited from mid-June to July. The Emergency Department consists of 37 beds with L2 Trauma capabilities. There are 73 full-time equivalent staff members available. Staffing consists of charge nurses, RNs, techs, and paramedics across both day and night shifts. Patient ratios are 1:4 in designated zones. Typical equipment includes GE Monitors and MediTech EMR. The department operates with a high-energy, self-motivated personality required for success. Candidates should be amicable and adaptable to the fast-paced environment. Shifts include 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks, with no on-call requirements.
