Salary: $140,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent background in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or a related field.
- Professional experience developing backend software with Python.
- Experience with API design tools and frameworks such as Swagger, OpenAPI, and FastAPI.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools, Docker, relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy.
- Experience with load testing, latency profiling, and backend performance optimization.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
- Build scalable, secure, high-performance APIs and services that power data-driven solutions.
- Support mission-critical systems using artificial intelligence, electronic health records, and other complex, sensitive medical data to help people access essential life insurance coverage.
