Job description:

The School Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the educational programs for Sarah's Home Corp, a program for teen survivors of sex trafficking. This position is responsible for enhancing the quality of education, ensuring compliance with academic standards, maintaining accreditation, and fostering a supportive learning environment for both students and faculty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and higher education teaching, with a passion for student success.

Duties

Develop and implement educational programs that align with individual student needs and goals.
Supervise small team of part-time teachers (2-3 teaching staff), including being a core member of the hiring team and conducting ongoing performance management
Monitor and assess student performance, providing guidance and support to improve outcomes.
Manage administrative functions related to academic programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with regulations.
Serve as the subject matter expert on education for team collaboration with other supervisors while working as a team to develop individualized care plans for teen survivors of sex trafficking.
Experience

Proven experience in higher education teaching or education administration is essential.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with flexibility and critical thinking skills are crucial for managing multiple student learning plans simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary
