What You'll Do

Develop Scalable Backend Systems

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Build robust RESTful APIs to connect front-end apps, third-party services, and Azure Communication Services (ACS)
• Integrate ACS-based chat and voice features into our existing platform

Optimize for Performance and Reliability

• Ensure backend services are fast, secure, and scalable
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with frontend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system design decisions

Manage and Optimize Data

• Develop and fine-tune database schemas for performance and data integrity
• Perform data migrations, backups, and recovery as needed

Stay Ahead of the Curve

• Explore and adopt the latest in Azure technologies and cloud communication tools
• Recommend best practices and process improvements to boost development efficiency

What You Bring

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (required)
• Master's degree (preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Strong backend development experience in Java, Python, or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , especially Azure Communication Services (ACS)
• Familiarity with real-time messaging protocols and services
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
