· Types of Cases: General Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): AllScripts (Sunrise)

· Certifications Required: Board Certified and Advanced Cardiac Life Support

· Licensure Required: California
