Payroll Processing Associate

Payroll Processing Associate

Contract: 1+ Year Pay: $18.00-$18.80/hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Shift between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Must be flexible to work the full shift

Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required with advance notice

Job Duties

Process payroll transactions and manual check requests
Enter and maintain payroll data accurately
Communicate with internal teams regarding payroll issues
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
Use Microsoft Excel, Access, and internal payroll systems (training provided)
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Basic Microsoft Excel and Access skills
Strong data entry and typing skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Payroll experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Flexible to work additional hours as needed
