PositionOverview WarnerMechanicalisseekinganexperiencedHVACTechniciantosupporttheinstallation,maintenance,andrepairofcommercialheating,ventilation,airconditioning,andrefrigerationsystems.Thisrolerequiresstrongtechnicalability,excellentcommunicationskills,andacommitmenttodeliveringhigh‑qualitywork.Ourtechniciansplayakeyroleinidentifyingsystemimprovementsandupholdingthestandardsthatdefineourcompany. Responsibilities InspectHVACsystemsandcomponents—includingACunits,exhaustfans,andventilationsystems—toassesscondition,identifyrepairs,andrecommendpreventivemaintenance. Installnewheating,cooling,andventilationsystemsincommercialbuildings. DiagnoseandrepairmalfunctionsinawiderangeofHVACequipment. Ensureallsystemsandprocedurescomplywithapplicablecodes,regulations,andindustrystandards. Evaluateelectricalwiring,thermostats,anddistributionsystemsforissues. Performemergencyrepairsefficientlyandprofessionally. Deliverexcellentcustomerserviceandmaintainstrongclientrelationships. Documentallserviceandinstallationactivitiesthroughdetailedforms,reports,andlogs. Manageinventorybyorderingandmaintainingnecessaryequipmentandsupplies. Communicateeffectivelywithcustomers,teammembers,andsupervisors. Requirements Provendependabilityandsupportforcompanypolicies;demonstratedleadershipqualities. MinimumofoneyearofexperiencewithHVACandplumbingsystems. Proficiencywithtoolssuchasblowtorches,saws,pipebenders,andweldingtorches. Abilitytoreadandinterpretschematics,architecturaldrawings,andmechanicalplans. Familiaritywithplumbing,HVAC,andprocesssystemterminology. Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytofollowinstructions,plans,andsupervisordirection. Excellentorganizational,analytical,andproblem‑solvingskills;abletomanagemultipletasksunderdeadlines.
