– Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

– Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred.

– Previous Human Resources experience is a plus, but not required.

– Fitness industry experience is a plus.

Support the Human Resources Department with the day-to-day onboarding of new employees.

Maintain a positive and professional experience for new hires throughout the onboarding process.

Communicate with hiring managers and new employees to ensure onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed.

Monitor and manage employees moving through the onboarding process.

Review new hire information for completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with hiring managers regarding missing or incomplete onboarding information.

Assist new employees with questions regarding the onboarding process and required paperwork.

Review onboarding documents and ensure required forms are completed.

Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS and other HR systems.

Monitor onboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding items.

Assist with employment eligibility and other required onboarding documentation.

Respond to onboarding emails and employee questions in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate electronic employee records.

Escalate questions or issues requiring additional HR support.

Assist with incoming phone calls and in person office visits

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as assigned.

Review onboarding activity and follow up on incomplete or outstanding requirements.

Communicate with managers regarding employees who have not completed required onboarding steps.

Assist with maintaining accurate onboarding records and tracking information.

Identify recurring onboarding issues and bring them to the attention of the HR team.

Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Assist with ongoing audits of onboarding records for completeness and accuracy.

Assist with maintaining HR files and documentation.

Support periodic HR reporting and data updates.

Assist with special projects and other responsibilities assigned by the Human Resources Department.
