Job Overview The Metro by T-Mobile in Redding is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team! The role involves providing excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our customers. Job Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations. Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory management. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Stay up-to-date with product offerings and promotions. Qualifications: Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
