Role Summary Cell Therapy Account Executive (CTAE) – West Region, responsible for developing relationships with Autolus’ Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) in Seattle and Northern California, serving as the primary point of contact, driving utilization of CAR‑T therapies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Reports to Cell Therapy Regional Senior / Executive Director. Location US West Coast – Remote (priority: Seattle & Northern California) Key Responsibilities Develop Autolus’ relationship within account including executive administration. Build and maintain account profile for each aligned ATC. Develop significant business relationships with senior account level leadership, Thought Leaders (TLs) and other decision makers / key stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact for the ATC and collaborate with Autolus colleagues to create a streamlined, organized interface. Identify and understand the needs of account stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Quality) to find or develop solutions. Manage day‑to‑day operations within account, including coordination of operational activities (site qualification, site set‑up, patient treatment), compliance‑related activities (periodic audits), providing clinical instruction to staff, overseeing activities in patient treatment areas to ensure Chain of Knowledge per SOP protocols. Drive appropriate utilization within account(s). Assess performance of Autolus’ therapies and develop and execute strategic account plans. Maintain clinical expertise in haematology, immunology, auto‑immune disease and treatment and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Support key Autolus strategic activities: provide feedback to Medical Affairs, support professional meetings, staff exhibits, report on scientific sessions, facilitate meetings with TLs. Facilitate and provide timely feedback to Autolus management regarding account business trends, therapeutic landscape changes, industry issues and opportunities. Cultivate relationships and actively participate in grassroots advocacy / engagement activities within territory. Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies governing Autolus activities. Identify, communicate and manage site specific symposiums and clinical opportunities dealing with aALL and CAR‑T. Demonstrated Skills and Competencies Record of successful CAR‑T Oncology Account Management within academic and non‑academic settings. Experience launching one or more CAR‑T products in the US. Proven history of leading cross‑functional teams and cultivating B2B opportunities. Experience obtaining customer insights and driving change in day‑to‑day operations. Ability to operate in an environment with little direction and produce exceptional results. Extensive overnight travel required. Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject. 5–7 years of experience in haematology/oncology disease and treatment landscape. Strong clinical understanding of cell therapy and ability to manage complex treatment logistics. Experience in large account management and brand differentiation skills. Ability to handle business information in compliance with applicable laws regulations and Autolus policies.
