The Role

We’re seeking a driven, experienced Insurance Sales Producer who knows how to build a pipeline, close business, and deliver an excellent client experience. You’ll work with a steady flow of opportunities, backed by a full-time sales coach and a team that wants you to win.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and referrals
• Conduct needs-based reviews of clients’ current coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
• Cross-sell and round out households across auto, home, life, and other lines
• Explain policy details and benefits clearly and confidently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and agency systems

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• 2+ years of proven sales success, insurance sales strongly preferred
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
