We provide a comprehensive Business‑in‑a‑Box platform integrating revenue cycle management, accounting and finance, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. Overview This role is for physicians who wish to operate an independently owned medical practice while receiving comprehensive operational support from MedCBO. Physicians retain ownership and clinical control of the practice, and MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational services. The position is not a salaried employment relationship; the physician is an independent contractor. Non‑Clinical Support from MedCBO Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support Supply chain and vendor coordination Physician Responsibilities Provide clinical care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing as required by MedCBO Determine clinical services offered by the practice Manage clinical quality and patient experience Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
