Schedule PRN About the Job As an Activity Therapist at WellBridge Healthcare Fort Worth, you will support patients in achieving recreational therapy goals and assist with therapeutic recreation activities to encourage socialization and personal growth. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals and objectives for patients. Evaluate patient progress and the effectiveness of recreational therapy interventions. Coordinate therapeutic recreation activities for large and small groups to observe patient response and encourage socialization. Provide patients and families with information regarding leisure lifestyles and create awareness of recreational resources within the community. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Recreational Therapy. Current Recreational Therapist license to practice in the state of Texas; Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
