We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Server to join our team and help us make every guest feel at home.

What You'll Do

As a Server at DALI CREPES, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Welcome guests with genuine energy and hospitality.
• Learn our menu inside and out, confidently recommending crepes, drinks, add-ons, and desserts.
• Take orders and process payments accurately using our POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve a shift leader when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness by resetting tables and keeping the dining and service areas organized.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and coworkers to support a seamless dining experience.
• Create an inviting experience that encourages guests to return.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who embodies the following qualities:

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask during busy service.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Restaurant or customer-service experience (preferred but not required).
• Full-time availability, including weekends and selected holidays.
• Ability to obtain any necessary food-handler certification.

Compensation

• Base wage: $7.25 per hour.
• Tips: Servers earn tips in addition to their hourly wage.
• Typical total earnings: Approximately $19$25 per hour, including tips.
