Senior Fire Protection Designer

Seeking an experienced Senior Fire Protection Designer for a remote, full-time position, who will develop detailed fire sprinkler system designs, perform hydraulic calculations, and ensure code compliance while managing multiple projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed fire sprinkler system designs and layout drawings using HydraCAD Software Perform hydraulic calculations and material take-offs in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure design intent and code compliance are achieved Required Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of experience in fire sprinkler or fire protection design Proficiency in AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Navisworks, and/or Revit In-depth knowledge of NFPA, FM Global, and other related standards NICET Level III or IV in Water-Based Systems Layout (preferred) Strong understanding of building and fire codes
