Job Summary

As Back Server, you will assist the servers in providing all aspects of table service to the guests. Your primary duties will include clearing and setting tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of all service areas.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
• Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
• Communicate with other staff and management regarding all aspects of service
• Clean and prepare tables for new guests according to restaurant standards
• Complete all side work as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• Active ServSafe certification preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
