Position Summary The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides professional, responsive support to customers in both English and Spanish through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. This onsite role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries, processing account or order-related requests, documenting interactions accurately, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who demonstrates patience, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment. This position works closely with internal departments to research concerns, identify solutions, and ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Assist customers and Representatives with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and returns. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers and Representatives. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate and resolve complex customer problems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions as appropriate. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with reps and cross-functional partners. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and move with agility throughout the workday. Basic math skills to support inventory tracking, order verification, quantity counts, and shipping accuracy. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full-time on-site position, Second Shift , Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM -10:00 PM Occasional overtime is required.
