- Pick Up and Delivery Driver* English## Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dependable **Pick Up & Delivery Driver** to support sanitation operations by delivering, placing, and retrieving portable restrooms and related equipment. This role ensures timely service, proper equipment setup, and a professional customer experience across job sites.**What You’ll Bring*** Reliability and accountability — Consistently reports to work prepared, completes assigned routes, and takes ownership of daily responsibilities* Safety-focused mindset — Operates vehicles and equipment responsibly while following DOT and company safety standards* Professional customer approach — Communicates clearly on job sites and represents Porta Kleen with respect and professionalism* Adaptability in outdoor environments — Works effectively in changing weather and active construction or event settings**What You’ll Do*** Deliver, pick up, and relocate portable sanitation equipment along assigned service routes* Transport restrooms, sinks, trailers, and holding tanks safely and efficiently* Position and secure equipment to ensure stability, safety, and proper customer placement* Load and unload units using dollies, hand tools, and approved handling techniques* Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues* Complete DOT-compliant logs, delivery tickets, and work orders accurately and on time* Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, or job site conditions* Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles and equipment* Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and site-specific protocols**What You’ll Need*** Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (fewer than 8 MVR points and no preventable accidents)* Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain and maintain certification* Experience driving a box truck or towing and maneuvering trailers preferred* Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 lbs. regularly* Physical ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and climbing during 8–12 hour shifts* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, dust, and industrial environments with exposure to noise and required PPE* Ability to safely tow, back, and position trailers in tight or congested job sites preferred**Benefits and Perks*** Competitive pay and career growth opportunities* Medical, dental, and vision coverage* 401(k) with company match* Time off and floating holidays* Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community* Employee referral bonus program* Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being* Opportunities for training and professional development* Supportive and collaborative team environment* Stable company with long-term career opportunities**Who Thrives Here**Individuals who value meaningful work and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment take initiative, communicate clearly, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and service, while understanding that great results come from collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.You’ll fit right in if you are:* Motivated by purpose and service* Reliable and committed to quality work* A strong communicator and team player* Curious and open to learning new things* Solution-oriented and proactive* Someone who values respect, teamwork, and professionalismWe believe great workplaces are built on trust, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
