We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers through in-person retail service, phone and email support, live chat, and other digital channels. This individual contributor role works within a small customer service team with supervisor support, assisting with orders, payments, account updates, product guidance, returns, exchanges, inventory-related needs, and issue resolution. The position offers opportunities for cross-functional development and advancement into a team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through in-person, phone, email, live chat, and digital interactions.
• Process customer orders and provide payment support.
• Handle returns, exchanges, complaints, and other customer concerns professionally.
• Update customer accounts accurately.
• Provide product guidance based on customer needs.
• Support inventory-related activities, including lifting items over 50 pounds.
• Document customer interactions and service activities.
• Follow up with customers and escalate complex concerns to a supervisor.
• Assisting in loading and unloading heavy boxes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Data entry skills.
