Senior Construction Project Engineer - Travel Ready

HPM is seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager based out of Raleigh, NC and shortly work in Tampa, FL with the ability to travel to support ongoing projects in additional states. This position assists project management to expedite the delivery of materials, estimates and processes change orders, prepares monthly pay requests and shop drawings. document revisions, O&M manuals, warranties, RFI’s and other required itemsEnsures timely delivery and documented receipt of closeout documents as well as required extra material and spare partsEnsures timely scheduling, execution, and documentation of owner trainingCost ControlEstablishes the process for collection and analysis of cost data required to monitor project budgets and progressEstablishes goals for low cost operationsReviews cost coding activities for all contract expendituresManages quantity tracking systemPrepares monthly cost report and forecast for review with
