Job Responsibilities The Director of Maintenance is accountable for the day-to-day functions of the Maintenance Department in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational rules, regulations, and guidelines. The Director of Maintenance will also attend committee meetings assigned, manage maintenance staff, maintain, repair, and install plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, appliance systems, and components, and perform general maintenance. This position includes but is not limited to: keeping plumbing systems and fixtures in good working condition, troubleshooting electrical systems and their components, including outlets, switches, and breakers, as well as installing HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems. Seasonal work may also include lawn care, trash pick-up, and snow/ice removal.
