Human Resources Specialist
Location: Dodge City, Kansas
Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
Drive recruitment efforts, welcome new hires, and support a smooth onboarding experience
Serve as a resource for employee relations and engagement
Maintain accurate records and ensure HR compliance
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
Proven experience in HR; excellent communicator and team player
Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office
