Overview Landscape Account Manager at Duval Landscape Maintenance is a role focused on establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers while driving sales and ensuring quality service. If you're ready to establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with our amazing customers, while having a blast along the way, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities Retain, produce, and boost sales with our valued clients. Maximize the retention of current accounts, ensure top-notch customer service and quality. Resolve customer issues with creative problem solving. Provide landscape enhancement opportunities to customers and close additional sales. Oversee Crew Supervisors and Forepersons to ensure field operations run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Passion for the landscape and horticulture industry and experience as an Account Manager. Experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews. Outstanding organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills. Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
