PRN MRI Technologist (Raleigh)

Job Description Southern Imaging Services is a team of friendly, ambitious professionals coming to work to provide exceptional care to our patients while having a great time working together. We are currently searching for a PRN MRI Technologist to join our highly motivated and results-driven team at our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will need to be available to cover shifts on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Candidates should have the ability to work assigned hours and reliable transportation. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and produce high-quality images under all regulations and standards under AART. MRI Technologist Job Duties Explaining the MRI process to patients and ensuring the patients comply with all safety standards. Positioning, and possibly sedating, patients to capture clear images of the correct area of the body Monitoring patients during scanning and maintaining patients' records Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information Other duties as assigned or requested Requirements Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program with an associate degree or equivalent 1-2 years of job-related experience required, 2-5 years preferred Registered with AART MR Certification American Health Association BLS/CPR required Must be able to work as needed on Saturday/Sunday/Wednesday #J-18808-Ljbffr
