Preferred Qualifications Seven (7) years experience in the commercial paint trade. Supervisory experience, working knowledge, and good communication skills in all phases of the paint trade. This position will assist the Crew Chief in supervising the staff, ordering supplies, and preparing job estimates. Education, Training & Experience High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution. Two years’ experience in a supervisory role directly overseeing a team of skilled craftsperson or building maintenance personnel. OR any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. Certificates, Licenses & Registration Valid and current Florida driver license. Must maintain a driving record that meets the standards of the District Safe Driver II Plan. Driver license must be maintained as a condition of continued employment. All local and state licenses and certifications required for applicable trade. Other Requirements All hires must submit to and pass an initial drug test and subsequent random drug tests in accordance with Florida Statute 112.0455 and the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
