Position Overview:
As a CNA at Regal Care Quincy, you will play an essential role in assisting with daily activities, providing hands-on care, and ensuring that our residents receive the attention they deserve. We have openings across all shifts, with an immediate need for weekend and 11-7 shift coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Take vital signs and monitor residents’ health.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

• Document all care provided in compliance with facility policies.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

• Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to meet resident needs.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid MA CNA certification.

• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
