Job Title Registered Nurse – PACU Location Walla Walla, WA | Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | No weekends required | No on-call required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in pre-operative, post-operative, and PACU settings Maintain patient ratios of 1:3 throughout all phases of perioperative care Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including holiday commitments (must commit to 3 of 5 designated holidays) Be available to float to nearby sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements Required Qualifications Active RN license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission Minimum of 1 year of PACU experience; experience in all phases of perioperative care (pre-op, post-op, and PACU) required Proficiency with Epic EMR Must commit to all RTO and scheduling requests being submitted upfront at time of submittal 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted at a different rate) Preferred Experience / Skills First-time travelers with solid experience across all phases of perioperative care are welcome to apply Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center or acute care hospital setting Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations in a short-term acute care environment Why Join Us Work in a collaborative perioperative environment with no required weekends or on-call shifts Complimentary on-site parking and flexible scrub color policy Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775500.
