You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation. What You'll Do
- Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K-12 schools
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- District-wide K-12 caseload
- Two days per week
- Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Part-time flexibility with a consistent school-year schedule
