Operations Specialist

Salary: $18 - $21 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Basic Function : The Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for entering, scanning, and indexing of all incoming contracts and their accompanying remittances as well as processing of inbound contract cancellation requests including inbound phone inquiries and emailed or faxed cancellation requests. This includes providing follow-up outbound correspondence over the phone and in email as required; in addition to, providing superior customer service with timely and accurate follow up at each touch point. The CSR, Operations Specialist is also responsible for maintaining key service level (a/k/a productivity) targets individually and as a team, for the department. In addition, as a secondary responsibility, the Operations Specialist will assist with other administrative and customer service-related tasks and responsibilities as needed.
