Product Support ManagerLocation: Rapid City, SD or Pierre, SDType: Exempt, Full-TimeRegion Coverage: Rapid City, Pierre, Chadron, KearneyWhy This Role MattersThe Product Support Manager at Butler Machinery is a vital leadership role responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, safety culture, and customer satisfaction across service and parts departments. With over 50% travel, this position ensures consistency across store locations by reviewing KPIs, financials, and safety practices, while also collaborating with manufacturers like Caterpillar on Dealer Excellence programs and warranty decisions.
