Ignite Management is a franchise management group with multiple locations throughout Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming , and we are looking for experienced, high-performing General Managers to join our team. Even if this role isnt open here, we are accepting applicants for other stores.

What Youll Do

Our General Managers lead all restaurant operations to ensure:

• High-quality products

• Outstanding customer service

• Consistent profitability

Youll run the day-to-day operations by:

• Managing staff, schedules, and labor costs

• Executing company policies, programs, and procedures

• Maintaining a clean, fully equipped, and well-maintained restaurant

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Leadership People

• Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic, customer-focused team members

• Maintain proper staffing levels based on projected sales

• Build a positive environment full of teamwork, energy, and fun

• Take ownership of customer concerns and continuously improve operations

Financial Management

• Ensure food, labor, and controllable costs stay within budget

• Use the PROFIT System to analyze and correct deviations

• Protect company assets through proper inventory and maintenance
