Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and answer any client inquiries regarding invoices. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role, preferably within the construction or project management sectors. Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess billing data and identify discrepancies or trends that may impact financial reporting.
